POETRY: First Love

(Love poetry)

I saw your face
In a crowded place
Never thought I’d fall
For someone as tall
You looked at me
With those silvery eyes
In a cold winter night
You make my heart so tight

Two years had passed
And the feelings won’t avast
You gave me butterflies
That I only feel in goodbyes

You took my heart
And threw it like a dart
If only I could meet someone new
I swear I will not think of you
I saw your face
In a crowded place

Never thought you’d leave
And stole my heart like a thief
